Boats and Ships …

Or is it ships and boats? What determines if a vessel is a ship or a boat? How would I know I’m a dog!
So I have noticed that Ted takes lots of photographs of “vessels” as he goes about his everyday business and I must say that I share this enthusiasm. It’s not quite “train spotting” which, for the uninitiated, is strange socially challenged individuals standing on train platforms recording locomotive numbers whilst wearing duffle coats or anoraks. No, definitely not train spotting, I’d say more an extension of his photographic art combined with a natural fascination for the ability to get so close to these giants of the ocean without the necessity to (dog)paddle out into the bay.
